2 sleeping rooms (2 individuals per room), one sleeping room (4 individuals), living room with additional studio couch, kitchen with oven, microwave, dish-washer, freezer, kettle, egg cooker, coffee machine, dinette with great table, two showers with wc, balkony, direct dial phone, carpets/parquet, central heating, cable TV, radio, hair dryer, safe, bedclothes and towels.

If you are booking Apartment 1 with 108m2 (flat 1 and flat 4 connected), the base price will be doubled and the addition starts with the fifth person. The flats are also bookable disconnected with Apartment 4 at 50m2 and Apartment 1 at 58m2.

The prices are per day and Apartment, incl. electricity, heating, bedclothes and table linen, wireless internet access and carport.
Visitor's tax per adult and day Euro 1,50, children until the age of 14 free.
Final cleaning between Euro 30,- and 60,- (one time).

Children until the age of 5 free, between 6 and 12 years Euro 7,- per day (except christmas).
